You can get the i7-8750H processor, the 6-core processor, for under $1,000 (it is a 45W processor.)

The **ASUS TUF FX504GE** has a GTX 1050 Ti + i7-8750H. It weighs 5.1lbs but it is the cheapest device with a 6-core 45W chip.
