The most basic recommendation is still going to be the Dell Xps 13. Solid build quality, great battery life, and priced well.

I personally prefer something like the ThinkPad T460s. Bigger and heavier than the xps 13, but its also more powerful, and has amazing durability, and an amazing keyboard. One of the best I’ve seen in a laptop.
